Limited-Scope Representation

When it comes to legal representation, one size does NOT fit all. Unbundled legal services, also known as limited-scope representation, is when an attorney and client agree that the attorney will perform some, but not all, aspects of the client's case. The client is responsible for handling any and all aspects of his/her own case for which the attorney has not been retained.

Kyle Focht can perform hourly rate services for matters such as a collaborative divorce when you, your spouse, and your your spouse's collaborative attorney want to resolve all issues as a team without court involvement. In addition, Kyle can represent you in mediation, developing a parenting plan, and to prepare you for negotiations/mediation.

Kyle Focht can also provide flat fee services such evaluating your case, assessing child support modifications, preparing documents in family law matters, drafting and/or reviewing stipulation agreements, and assisting with electronic filing utilizing the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS).
